Homes

The ranch has 5 homes: the main house and the apartment are seen in the photo to the right. The main house has 3 bdrms, 2 baths, and is 2,500 sq. ft. It has been recently renovated as can be seen in the photo of the kitchen below. The studio apartment to the left of the main house is about 500 sq. ft.

There are two newer 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bdrm, 2 bath modular homes built in 2003. They are located on the north side of Reynolds Highway just across from the southside horse facilities.
The A-frame guest house is about 1,000 sq. ft. and has 1 bdrm, a loft, and 1 bath. It is fully furnished and outfitted for company.

Livestock Facilities

The ranch has barns, cross fenced pastures, and processing facilities to operate a small natural grass-fed beef cattle herd and raise, board, and train performance horse prospects.
